These Terms govern your use of the GeoSnapr app and this website, provided by Mint-Soft. Please read them carefully.
1 Acceptance
By downloading or using GeoSnapr, you agree to these Terms and to the terms of the App Store or Google Play from which you obtained the app. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2 The service
GeoSnapr is a camera app that stamps location, address, map, time, weather and other information onto your photos and organizes them on your device. GPS, address, altitude and weather data come from your device and third-party services and may be inaccurate or unavailable.
3 Free version and ads
GeoSnapr is free to download and use. The free version displays ads and adds a small GeoSnapr watermark to photos.
4 GeoSnapr Pro
GeoSnapr Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. It removes ads and the GeoSnapr watermark and unlocks video and timelapse capture, Excel, KMZ and ZIP reports and PDF layouts, file naming, auto-copy to a folder, audio notes, batch stamping of multiple photos, saving your own templates, the verification code stamp and app lock. The price is shown in the store before you buy and may vary by region. Pro is linked to the Apple or Google account used for the purchase.
5 Payments, refunds and restoring purchases
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies — request them through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Settings › GeoSnapr Pro › Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account.
6 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the photos you take and share, for having the right to photograph people and places, and for following applicable laws, including privacy laws, when you share location information. Do not rely on GeoSnapr as the sole evidence for safety-critical, legal or official purposes without independent verification.
7 Map data and third-party content
Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (openstreetmap.org/copyright). Topographic maps © OpenTopoMap (CC-BY-SA). Satellite imagery © Esri and its data providers. Weather data by Open-Meteo.com. These services are provided by third parties under their own terms, and their availability may change.
8 Intellectual property
The GeoSnapr app, its name, design and original content are owned by Mint-Soft and protected by copyright and other laws. Photos you take belong to you.
9 Disclaimer and limitation of liability
GeoSnapr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mint-Soft is not liable for inaccurate location, address or weather data, for loss of photos or data, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
10 Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
